Can it be installed and used outdoors?
Yes, Please do not expose it to water, snow, direct sunshine for a long time, strong magnetic interference, heavy cold and hot air place. Working temperature:-20°-35°，Place the alarm at a height of about 1-2.5M from the ground.
Why is there no response after installation?
First of all, please make sure that the two devices are electrified, whether the detector switch is on, and whether the receiver is in the Arming state (when you put button, hear a “biu”, the receiver enters the arming state.
Can it go through the door and window glass?
No, because it works by the heat generated by the human body or animals, that is infrared. The detector detects movement and sends a signal to the receiver before an alarm is sounded, it can’t be detected when there is an object occluding it
Is the dog barking sound realistic? Why is it loud indoors but hard to hear when installed outdoors?

Why is the actual detection distance and angle smaller after receipt?
You can remove the small bezel on both sides of the detector. Check whether there are objects in the detection range to cover it.The maximum detection angle is 110° wide,30° high.The detection angle can be adjusted by turning the detector.
